ClubPSCo is a federation grouping 90% of the French qualified TSPs. Public or private organizations, they propose complete solutions or partly use others' solutions. Since its creation in January 2011, SealWeb, a consulting company, coordinates its work and deliverables for France directly and Europe through ESD.
