Danilo Cattaneo

Danilo Cattaneo is General Manager at InfoCert since September 2010—and Chief Executive Officer since July 2015. During these years Danilo transformed InfoCert from a traditional Certification Authority to a “RegTech” platform, which offers to the market an number of solutions based on its own patents, and serving over 70 banks in 20 countries, growing each year significatively and representing the largest European Qualified Trust Service Provider.

Since 2017 Danilo is also Chairman of the BoD at Sixtema, an italian Technology Partner for SME in handicraft sector and linked with the Trade Associations world. Since 2018 Danilo is also Chairman at Camerfirma SA, Spanish Certification Authority and BoD member at Luxtrust SA, the first QTSP in Luxembourg.

Before landing at InfoCert, Danilo carried out a professional journey at Oracle corporation over 12 years. At the start of his career Danilo was an IT consultant, and worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Sintel Consulting (Finmatica Group), and Magaldi Research and Patents.

Danilo was a Research Fellow at Middlesex University in London for 2 years following the research topic of his thesis. He graduated with laude in Computer Science at the University of Salerno, and he was awarded an MBA at the Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and an Executive MBA at the University of Edinburgh.
